honestly, I have faith in Portugal. Since they are my "rivals", I wish them good luck till the end of the tournament!
I wouldn't mind seing Ireland on the podium either... I think Argentina will underachieve (I don't wish them bad luck or n e thing) but France will be tough one for everyone...
After Poland, the 2nd team I want to win is Portugal, and I think they can make it!

For me i'm think either England, Italy or Argentina, if England can beat Sweden for the second place in their group i think they can go all the way, italy are just a quality team as is Argentina, One dark horse is Sweden, i think they will do good if they can qualify through their group.

Its soo hard to choose in that group.

You know... you remind me to the Brazilians in 1950... and the Argentineans in 1930... and the Swiss in 1924... of course I wasn't alive back then but I'm pretty sure that's how they reacted when Uruguay stated they were going to win. In fact, in 1930 the Argies wore shirts saying 'Argentina Campeon', guess they had to rush to the dressing rooms to take them off... and then in the 50's a great celebration was prepared to award the cup to Brazil, and when Ghiggia scored the second goal for Uruguay the band that had been preparing to play the national anthem of Brazil, while they were being awarded the cup, was told to leave, guess they didn't bother to learn the Uruguayan anthem , not to mention there was no celebration and Varela (Obdulio) practically had to pry the cup from Rimet's hands... I wonder why the whole world feels that every time Uruguay wins something it's a miracle.
