Motivating skills

All good managers. I will stay with Ancelotti, he's doing a hell of a good work at my beloved Milan. Although Mourinho is upthere, the man did miracles with Porto. Also, if you can edit the poll and put Capello, it would be a good thing, the man is class.

All are good... Ferguson and Wenger are great managers, Lippi or Ancelotti just coach. It's difficult, but I like Arsene Wenger, players like Henry, Pires, Vieira are better with Wenger.

This season Wenger, last season was definitely Lippi...last season was Juventus' season. This season WILL be Arsenal' s season and it WILL be even bigger than Juve' s was last year !

He´s also a good coach and could easily be on the post but as i´ve said before i didn´t want to extend the Pool that much, sorry mate ;(

He deserves it more than some of the guys on the list.. remember what he did with Dortmund in 95/96/97? Then he won a few domestic and european titles with Bayern...

No doubt about the merits of Hitzfeld but i think that those guy´s in the list represents the best choice for the moment, i was judging the last 2/3 years and based on that i think that the list is fair.

There are always different opinions of course, ;)
