I wouldn't like to say because each kitmaker has their unique kit making style but some of the best here have to be:

Saurabh
Hagi
Fede
Nico
Teuv
Joris
Wolf (when he makes them)
Niels (when he used to be around)
Diego
Casper

BTW I may have missed someone out who deserves to be on the list but I can't think of that many else...

I think Saurabh and Hagi are the two most established kitmakers around, but there are also a few more worth considering, like Fede, Diego, Rossoneri and Teuv

Without a doubt at the present time Hagi, Saurabh and Slayer are in the highest in the podium, followed by to Joris, Teuv and Steven, without forgetting to Fede.

A very special memory for Jinman Bae a teacher of teachers.

In general the whole community FIFA has to be very grateful to these geniuses for its excellent and disinterested work.

there are a lot of good kitmakers. But I don't wanna name anyone cause I'm sure I'll miss somebody so I prefer not to post names

Nico 2001 has said what I think to a degree, but IMO the best lad to do kits for many of the Fifa series has always been Joey Jones (JJ to those who know), and it's also sad to note that he has not done many for the Fifa2003 game. Still, a lot of us can only hope......

btw many kitmakers deserve to be congratulated for their efforts good or bad, at least they are having a go at doing them. A lot of them are terrific for the game, getting the look of them right compared to EA's poor efforts.
