And I dont mean what's his income or fortune, I mean his transfer tag price.
IMO it has to be Rooney or Ronnie, Ronney a bit more expensive since he is a lot younger. IMO if any team wants Ronney they at least will have to offer more than 70 Millions Euros. Who do you think it is?

BTW what's the transfer fee record?

I believe it's Zinedine Zidane's transfer from Juventus to Real Madrid but I don't remember the transfer fee exactly, it's about $65mil if I'm not mistaken.
