www.fifasoccer.ru has a tool that can do this, i can't remember the name but i think it is called fifa customizer or something along those lines

I made a file with the notepad named locale.ini and moved it in the main fifa folder.

It has 2 rows:

VIDEO = 0
WINDOWED = 0

The first one cut off the intro video with Henry, Ronaldinho and Del Piero.

The second one will let you to play in a window if you change it to 1.

Dont use the FiFa customizer! I tried it and had to reinstall the game after a few uses.
Isnt there a command line thing you can add to skip the intro movie?

yes, i forgto to mention the problems u might notcie with the customizer, it only screwed up when i played games in window mode, nothing else happened to me

I dont mind waiting for them when i'm going into a game to play against the CPU .. cause i'd be playing for hours .. but when i continuosly play multiplayer games after each other i get sick of closing and reopening .. and u gotta wait for the things to load .. it would be good if it went straight to the menu.
