but i just wanna mention that most of u are playing in mini-leagues or even good teams with a high level.
for me in india;first of all i've mentioned india where the sport of football is scarce.
and in my college we don't play official matches.we play amongst ourselves.we are 28 boys who split and play.
and the thing is that football is football for me.
i am forced to play defender.else the other players comment cheap things as many of em' are of low mediums.
and my dad has bought me a pair of nike vapors ,after which seeing them all those wimps keep bragging 'studs-what the hell for?don't you have legs.......we all know your dad's from the usa.stop bragging and showing off your studs'
and i question them 'what the hell are studs for?chess?"
so all players basically wanna score .so all go forward and that leaves gaps in defence.and since my times at usa i started as a left back so i like defending.
but as i said in the above main part that what happens.
this thing just makes me sick.is it the attitude of people here?or is it something else wrong.and it is but obvious that a game which is played for 3.5 hours will have that scoreline.

How are we supposed to know you guys played for 3.5 hours instead of 90 minutes and change? Sounds like you guys just need some discipline, you cannot win if everyone wants to be Ronaldo lol.

Actually, I'd say controlling the midfield is the most crucial point of a football game so it wouldn't always be the defence's fault. There are some plays that just can't be defended.
Regarding the United Vs Southampton games.
The 'grey shirt saga' was in the 1995-1996 season, it was 3-0 at HT, Utd changed their kit and it ended 3-1 (Beckham scored).
A year later Utd went to the Dell on the back of a 5-0 drubbing at the hands of Newcastle and it was in that game they lost 6-3. I remember the papers ripping them for conceeding 11 goals in 2 games........
...still went on to win the blood league though!
