Yes, where is Greece? You all doubt us so much, but I wont be surprised if after the group stage it's Greece and Portugal that move on, with Spain left crying...

It not very likely to happen, altho greece the last 1.5-2 years have 14 or 15 games in row without a single game lost. But I think all Euro 2004 teams should be in the list. A mod could do that (add more than 10 options in a poll)

im hoping italy will take it, they got the players to do so, hopefully they will ignore trap and play their own style....i highly doubt France will go anywhere (remembers WC 02.....laughs) I can see France screwing up again, especially if henry or zidane get hurt, then france is done, spain....well, they always do good, but dont have what it takes to win it, similar to the way italy's been these last few years, holand? they are a threat, but they will fall somewhere, for some reason, they just cant win.......and England???? haha, sorry but no comment other than the fact that they wont win :crazyboy:

in case anyone is interested, here is my prediction of the finals (knockout stage)

it is not a wild guess, i used the info from uefa.com on who will play who (winner a runner up b etc.) and so on. I will be rooting for France, and I expect they have a good chance.

but remember, this is football and anything can happen! :D

Cannot be England without Ferdinand....... so here goes:
Eng lose to FRance in the group
Portugal wins their group over Spain...

Italy cruises to victory with Sweden comming in second
Germany is axed in the Group of Death...however, the Netherlands are able to pound Latvia more than the Czechs so The Dutch win the group with the Czechs comming in second

Quarters:
Portugal edges England ....no Rio Ferdinand remember
France beats Spain
The Dutch hammer Sweden
Italy edges the Czechs:p

Semi finals:
France beats the hosts Portugal...aahhh...sorry home fans
Italy edges the Dutch....lack of defence for the Netherlands knocks them over

Final:

REPEAT of 2000: France v/s Italy.....except this time Italy won' t blow a 1-0 lead , but will instead win by that score...i.e. they score and then sit back to PRESERVE victory....:rockman:

My favouriote was England until last week till I remembered about Rio Ferdinand ' s injury...if he was there, then they would edge the French in the Semis...and beat Italy in the final ! Of course if Shearer comes back:sun: then England is going to win for sure...may even go undefeated if Ferdinand wasn ' t banned !:D

Semis:
Italy beats Portugal..AGAIN ...sorry to the home fans
France beats the one dimensional(offense) Netherlands

Well hope it will be the Netherlands and they can certainly win if advocaat is brave enough to kick out pigs like: Frank de Boer, Reiziger, Seedorf, Kluivert and invite people like: Nigel de Jong, Johnny Heitinga, Wilfred Bouma, Robin van Persie, Arjen Robben, Wesley Sneijder and (ofcourse) Rafael van der Vaart. If not France will win.
