Home and away are new, current away is 3rd next year.

In English football by the rules of the FA, all teams must keep their home kit for 2 seasons, then change.
Like with Man Utd and Arsenal, last season we changed our kits, this season we keep em.

don't think its a rule because ...

Aston Villa & Middlebrough haved changed home kits every season.

but it's advised ... and rightly so.
The home kit shoulf change every two years
