Why are the Grapics Are stuffed in Fifa 2003????

Everytime i open fifa 2003 it says "BAD ARTIST....NO COOKIE.
And the graphics and the colour are stuffed.
Can someone Help or tell me what to do to fix this problem....:kader: :confused:
