Hello cm fans!!!....first of all I'm a huge cm fan I have played about all cm games that I can remember....and have only positive things to say about it....it has given me alot of joy.....this I'm about to say and ask is absolutely no form of provocation or comercializing of other games...so I hope we can have a nice and quiet conversation about what ekelund was trying to tell you....First of all haven't cm got its fans already wether or not their are other options.....like pm.....which I personally have tried to....and can only say it is great to have more options than just one game that take monopole on the market..facts are no matter what management game their comes to the market cm will always be in the heart of cm fans all over and we will still buy the game cause it gives great pleasure...believe me my woman still saids come to bed....when is it my turn.....and I reply when their is no more management games to play.....!!!not really she would kick my as..!!!the thing is cm shouldn't feel threatened by other management games on the market...but feel big enough to have a healthy conversation about comparison to other games what they lack what their skills are.....I hope everyone is positive in these war days.....May ferguson bless you!!!!lets talk!!!

Nope. All the same, if we wanted other management games, we would look for them ourselves and would not need someone like you coming on here claiming there are better management games, because if there were, then I think we would be playing them.

Since these day CM have been the best manager game out there.
Now Player Manager 2003 has entered the scence and I was so bold to ask the question whether or not it is better than CM. I only got hostile respons and the moderator even closed down the thread. What the hell are the people afraid of?
Arent we all on the same side? I love manager games and I think that all of us in this forum feel the same. I would love to see many alternatives to CM. Competition is good, it forces the game developers to make even better games.

Your comments say alot about your attitudes.
It seems to me that everyone gets defensive when a guy say something remotely negative about CM.
I bet if CM4 was exactly the same as CM3 you would all be praising it because you didn't have the nerves to be critical about it.
I just cant understand why you act this primitive. I have respect for all people even the ones that dont share my oppinion and I would hope that we could all discuss in a decent manner instead of the childish comments.

Look guys i've tried to be nice by saying that we wouldn't be much of a conversation with this because we are all very dedicated CM players. When I play other management games I fins myself constantly comparing it to CM which isn't much fun.
Other management games I have experienced have been boring and poor to say the least.
We have had allot of spammers recently, using one post to advertise and then never post again which is why we are trying to cut down, If someone came into a forum you use allot and with one of his first posts started talking about another game or website (especially wehn they register that day) what would you think?
One last thing, if you have read the forum ules you would notice that abusive comments towards other members is not wanted on these forums.
When you come in making obvious insults about people its not going to give you a good rep min.
So we can either have a nice apoligie or a nice shiny yeloow card

I personally do not feel I have said anything wrong.....I certainly haven't asked for my kneecap smashed.....isn't that counted as a red card....it would in my fair playbook......I was starting positively.....and it looks like I have to end it negatively....I have been to other game forums....where we have discussed several games with comparisons.....never have I met the hostility....I have gotten from this place.....is that your way of bidding members hello....it seems not...not rock'n roll at all.....Its provocation in complettion no fairness no discussion....just plane emptyness and wasting time I believe....I can tell you this is NOT smaming....that I hate.....tell me what you got

When this thread was posted Gareth posted what I see as a bit of rough housing for the new guy. When I first posted here, I also got a bit of a slapped wrist for my writing style
Gareth's next post was what I would see as a polite way of saying "no thanx, not interested"
It was then Bebbe started throwing insults - calling people another Sudam Hussain and Small time crooks is a bit over the top for us saying no thank you were not interested in another management game, we are happy with CM.
I don't see why there should be a problem I can have a word with Gareth and Alex and say calm it down a bit but I think we both need to give someting guys.
I don't say theres anything wrong with being new, just the style of post seemed to be a sort of advertisement
