Why do I still have players retiring at 29/30???

No matter what I try, I always have players retiring at 29/30 years of age in my career mode. I've downloaded chris2k13's version and changed up some of the settings, I've also downloaded beta990's v5 which should fix the issue but the bug is still there.

It is annoying to see players like Cheick Tioté and Aaron Lennin retiring when they are still decent. What can I do????

i don't know how are the retirement settings in these patches, but try these values here, they totally work for me.

save it over the values you have in playerretirement.ini, dlc folder.

most people think that changing min_retirement_age to a higher value fixes it. it actually helps, but it isn't enough. you have to edit the player_regen section too, otherwise you'll still get some 29 and 30 yo's retiring.
