Why isnt taksi working for me :o

Hi peeps
I was wondering why taksi isnt working for me. When i try to record the game its unplayable, because it is so slow. i have tried different settings.
I tried the lowest graphics settings in pes4, that makes a difference but still to slow.

my system is
Amd Athlon 1.1ghz
512mb
radeon 9700pro

Can someone help me, because i really want to use it
