Why My PC Lag Playing Fifa 11?

I have a PC with specs like this:

P4 intel pentium Hyper Threading 2.8GHz
1.5GB RAM
250GB HDD
GeForce 9500GT 512MB 128bit POV

When I set the game to very low, it's still lag, do you know what's real problem of it?

Whether the 9500GT is quiet enough to play Fifa 11? And whether my processor is good to play it? What about my RAM?

I would appreciate your answers.

Because your pc specs are not enough for game.At least for play high detailed.
You can try Fidel's real performance optimizer patch;

and try the decrase detail level and resolution.
Set to MSAA is off.
Set to Vsync is uncheck.

Finally try this;
Launch game then press Alt+Tab.
Open task manager with this combination: Ctrl+Alt+Delete or Ctrl+Shift+Delete.
Click Process tab then find fifa.exe.
Right click on fifa.exe and select Set Priority--High then accept this.
Back to game and enjoy.
Apply this method runs the game each.
