wich system is better for fifa 2002,in other words wich system should i buy???

Well, I'm a classic one: I preffer PC's, I don't know why but this is my favourite system!

If you have a high end pc, and an analog controller, than definitely PC. if not, then maybe one of the other one's with an analog controller. PC is good coz you can update files and all, but i think x box has a hard drive too, and i'm not sure about gamecube
