Also the hair is too sharp. Try to blend with the most recent ea textures rather than older ones. :P Same when you copy resource images onto ea textures always use the most recent faces from 2012. You'll find these textures in Valencia, Hamburg teams and so on.
The best thing to do is learn from the best. People say there's two ways of making textures but I don't think they're is. try to take things from others and develop it, this way you will have a little bit of everything. That for me is the best :P.
