Widescreen support?

Well I tried the demo..and it looks bad, will final version support 1680x1050?

yea of course m8 the demo is 800x600 and it looks pretty crap

Ok got the game now..and there no widescreen option..only 800x600, 1024x768 and 1280x1024! wtf is this ?

I remember in the fifa 2006 world cup game there was a way to enable widescreen support (proper widescreen support) but you had to do it out of the game.

Maybe you can search the locale.ini file in your fifa 07 folder, open it en change the resolution into 1680x1050x32. Maybe it will work.

I'm trying to think what the tool was so you could get widescreen working in FIFA World Cup - it worked perfectly for me. My guess is that it was there because the game was also on Xbox 360 - not sure if it's the same here though...

The game does support widescreen - I've just been playing 1280 x 720 (with the correct aspect ratio), eneabled via the options menu, no locale.ini file needed.
