Will good players join your team in career mode if your a small team?

I was wondering if you are a team like Crystal Palace in career mode, will you be able to buy big name players, maybe if their old or near the end of their career, like Shearer or Sheringham?

It would be really realistic if they didn't, or if they did but it used up a lot of prestige points. (A LOT) It would make you search for some hidden talent from smaller teams.

I just hope that we cant sign just anyone even if we have the money, unlike 2003. Also I hope there are CPU initiated loans and transfers.

yeah, i think it will be stupid if you can sell loads of your players just so you can get a good player that wouldn't even join that team in real life
