Well, I hope so. I have never played any of the PSX ISS's. However, I own both ISS for Super Nintendo, and I have played ISS98 for N64.
Overall, there is no doubt that the ISS series is away better than the FIFA series.
Please, don't tell me I should get an N64 emulator, because I've tried that, and it sucks baaaad!
However, I've never tried Bleem... so...
