PES 4 PC will be released in Germany and other European countries within the next week.
Some shops provide it today, but most have delivery-problems, so they set the official date to Nov 26th, but as soon as a shop gets the game it'll release it!

If it helps: I just went to a town here in the Netherlands and 6 shops that usually have all the latest releases right away didn't have the game.......I went after 3 o'clock in the afternoon, so I'm certain they won't have it at the end of the day either.
Ask at a few of those stores and they didn't know exactly and were confused when I asked about the xbox and pc version.
Shame...still hoped to see it today..

Some of the better stores get some popular titles earlier than others, on the condition that they wait till the official release date.
The point is, they can't make sure that every store in the whole country gets their games on time, so the best selling stores get it early......but when they DO sell it before the release date they often don't get it the next time.
So if the release date is the 26th, they can put their copies on the shelves before they open, while smaller stores ALWAYS have to wait for the mail to arrive on the release date!
That's the way they do it......so if one store does sell it early, don't count on others to do that as well........

I saw in a web, that if you aren't form Europe or the UK, you have to wait till December 3rd...
