At World Cup 98 Ronaldo was fantastic and by far looking like the best striker in the tournament. But lately due to injuries he has been in and out of the Inter side and has recently played his first international game for Brazil since 1999. Do you think him and Rivaldo or Ronaldinho or Romario will all shine together this year? I sure would like to see Ronaldo at his best again! what do you think?

APPIANO GENTILE - This afternoon, Ronaldo has been training with the squad, in front of two thousand Inter supporters. After doing athletics, the Brazilian has played three matches of five Vs five: Ronaldo , Simic , Ventola , Okan and the goalkeeper Cordaz against Padalino , Kallon , Emre , Guly and Fontana .
First match has ended with the result of 3-1 (scorers: Ronaldo , Simic and Ventola ; Kallon ). During the second match, the Brazilian has scored a wonderful goal. The top scorers of all three matches have been Okan and Kallon .

Ronaldo will be back in the World Cup. But, he needs to get
recovered soon if he wants the spot in the Brailian national team.

romario deserves a spot, he is still one of brazils top 2 strikers, assuming ronaldo is in form..
trouble is where to put everyone, Rivaldo LW ir CAM, Denilson LW or CAM, Ronaldinho ST,CF, CAM, LW??
see they have all there strengths at similar spots..
it would be good to see romario and ronaldo both in form playing together..it was going ot happen in 98 but romario got injured..

4 me the best attack would be Ronaldo and Ronaldinho, I would like to see Romario too but he's getting old u know.....

Romario is getting too old for this..

First thing, i dont think Inter coach is going to take off one of his 2 attackers to put Ronaldo, since the Serie A is almost at the end and he's ain't going for the risk, maybe he's putting Ronaldo at the 2nd half in some games, but Ronaldo will mostly get on his usual form by playing on the Brazilian National Team.
Now, 2nd thing is that our coach doesn't like Romario pretty much... i don't think Romario has any chance of going to the WC, and another thing, he mostly stand still in the enemy defense the entire game waiting for the opportunity for making the goal, what i mean is, he's getting too old for this...and if the ball doesn't come to him, then Brazil will play with 10. And i hope Ronaldo gets better...

Just had some free time and my hands and found this thread in my post history. I'm glad he had a world cup to remember for the right reasons. Also he had an awesome season with Madrid.

Yes! I agree. Ronaldo was in very good form last season. I think him and Raul were equally the same.
