What formation are Feyenoord playing? Use your scout to scout next opposition to find out or go through previous results and look at their tactics.

Click your name > Player/staff search > Scouts > Assign > Next opposition.

Tells you all about them.

Try a 3-1-4-2. Use the wings. That way, if you lose the ball on the wing, you have the DMC to cover for a front line of defence.

That's an excellent result.

Away, play a 3-5-2, normal mentality, always pressing, counter attack tactic.

That should get you a score draw at least.

If he loses, he loses. I have lost some matches that I should have won like 4-0. We all have. He should not go for the win though. He should play for a score draw. If he goes 2-0 up, don't sit back and invite them onto you. Especially a bigger team, also he's away so it will be harder to get back into the match when you concede 1. All he needs is 1-2 away goals and that should do it.

I lost 1-0 which is not a bad result for my team and the opposition in CM is always stronger in the second leg. I was unfortunate to give up a goal because my goalie made a save and then a guy got the rebound and the goalie was a bit out of position. I only had only 1 shot on goal though. Thanks for the help.

I better get prepared for next year. My league has a long winter break. It ends in December and then starts again in March. What should I do during this time? My last season got screwed up because I started doing a lot of 5-a-sides during this break and my players stats went up like crazy and had 5 stars training. Then their speed speed and stats went down a lot. My team didn't play that well anymore. When the season ended, I put them on intense training. Then light and then normal and I lost badly and deleted my season. Zaglebie beat Tottenham 3-0!

Changing tactics for different teams......

I always have trouble countering 4-2-4.......

Would it be good to use 5-3-2? Can break up the 4 attackers, 3 can defeat the 2 midfielders, esp on flanks and the 2 strikers. ????

Counter to 4-2-4?

flat back 4 with a sweeper, 3 central midfielders, 1 attacking midfielder and 1 striker. Defensive, direct, down the middle, counter. If you don't have a pacey attacker, then forget that, if you do, it will work a treat.
