Winter transfers

Has anybody made or found a winter transfers patch ?? I ca,t find anything

EA made a winter transfer patch .

I know about the EA one but it doesn't work ) If you know what i mean. I was talking about one an unofficial patch or something.

At f4f you'll find a patch for the bundesliga, or if you install CM 08 you'll have for the EPL, Seria A, SPL, Bundesliga, etc
