in WE7, there is a feature where u can post your challenge training scores to the internet. I think that's the graphic for the feature.

Ok guys, this is definitely possible. I have had some success over a LAN using PC Anywhere. As you know, PC Anywhere (much like the remote administrator feature in Win XP Pro) allows you to use somebody elses PC from anywhere as if you were sitting in front of it. You are slowed down by a few things such as the speed of the connection (which on a LAN or broadband isn't too big of a deal) and whether you are using an analog or digital joypad for the inputs on the remote computer (don't ask why but there seems to be problems with some digital controllers!). Anyway, if you have one copy of PES3 running on a machine and access the PC from elsewhere you can both play on the same machine if you retain input ability on the remote PC. This does work on a LAN with little slowdowns although there are some probs which are gonna impede this. (1) You only require one version of PES3 to be running for it to work which I know sounds like a bonus but Konami are probably gonna stomp all over this. (2) You can forget about it with dial-up because the delay is ridiculous. (3) I couldn't get the sound to work.

Still, as somebody on this thread mentioned, I'm not exactly the world's greatest programmer when it comes to network configurations so I've passed this on to a friend of mine who works with networks for a living and connecting remote offices using different operating systems. He thinks he can do it although he thinks this prog https://www.gotomypc.com might work better because the security features are a lot more flexible and it might be possible to transmit the sound without slowdown and actually mod this to allow more than two users to play.

I will keep you posted. He's back in town at the weekend and I'm gonna sit down and ask him a few questions about it while kicking his butt with Man Utd as he always insists on being Spurs!!!

I think we can get this to work guys.

Using tools like PC Anywhere do allow your computer to be totally controlled by someone else, so you would have to make sure you trust the person when you were hosting the game.

We use a tool called Remote Administrator at work, but it doesn't transmit sound, you can get it at
http://www.famatech.com

I can get you an activation key for testing if u like.

So far have you had the person using the remote access using the keyboard and the other player using a gamepad ?

With PCAnywhere and Remote Admin you can set a Password, so only someone that knows it can access your machine.

If that did ever happen that would be amazing!. Imagine 22 online players, playing in different positions,id like to be the goalie if that did ever happen. But im a bit sick of online sports games only having single player one off games, for example only CM4 allows u to do a whole career with other ppl online,id love to see other sports games do this too, imagine having a master league season with a online friend against or on the same team.

Where did you read this interview ? could you give me a link?
I hope 11 vs. 11 won't be an only option and normally 1 on 1 could be performed (or even 7 players +cpu vs. 3 players+cpu and similar)

It's gonna be difficult to implement 11 vs 11 without slowdowns.
I tried playing FIFA 2003 on Kali 3 vs 3 and the slowdown was huge.

Believe me when a completed version of pes 3 online system will be ready pes4 will be coming in next week.

That's good news but there must be a bit of security i can't give my pc to anyone!

Good luck (if any exists)
