hi wolf..
u have done a great job of make patches for pes4 and we8i.. but i notice tat by converting from fm 2005 some stats for players are not realistic.. and there also some mistakes..

i am sure everyone will agree that you should stick to default stats for your future patches..

its been a long time you updated the option file.. it would also be great if u can make one with default stats on latest transfers and formation.

And with over 500 new players created and added to the game, how exactly will I use default stats for them when none exist??? What happens is you then have a mixture of stats, default and FM2005, which causes the game to be unbalanced because they use different criteria. Konami artificially boost 75% of players stats to give all teams a good chance of winning when the user controls them so you get players who aren't fit to lick Henry's shoes being able to mark him out of the game on 6 stars.

I won't be doing any more option files for these games and to be honest, in the future, with all the crap I've had to deal with with ungrateful assholes this year (and I don't mean you, I know you're just asking a genuine question) I probably will keep the patches to myself and others I know through BitTorrent who appreciate the efforts rather than people moan about the fact that one of Gerrards eyebrows should be a little more darker than the other or spend five minutes typing about how some player who 99.9% of the world has never heard of in the reserves for Metz FC should have 2 higher stat points for dribbling!

Sorry man, didn't really mean to blow this at you as I know what your asking and it would be a reasonable request but it's just not possible to keep default stats and have accurate rosters.

I'm just going to make everything available through BitTorrent. It's strange but everybody it seems who has the intelligence to be able to use Torrents seems to have the smarts to understand that patches are enhancements not a "perfection" device and that sometimes patches will contain things that aren't always 100% going to please everybody. Anybody who wants future stuff can have it, I'm just going to go a little more underground to save all the hassle from the noobs complaining I haven't released a new patch to fix Beckhams' hair!

The will be another patch for WE8:I (and possibly a PES4 conversion too) sometime over the next few months. Those who know me and I've corresponded with before will get the links via PM and can spread them as they wish.

It's sad to hear that you caught so much crap over this. I've always said beggars can't be choosers. The fact is people are too damn lazy to to fix stats, transfers, and formations there damn selves. I didn't like the FM stats, so I only downloaded your latest patch(which was awesome btw), and edited them myself with the awesome tool you hooked us up with. These lazy bitches need to shutup and fix what they don't like their damnselves. Your work will be missed. I'm sorry to hear your decision. Here's hoping you change your mind.

well there are some obvious mistakes in the fm 2005 option file..
one good example is ryan babel from ajax
if u look at his stats. its too underrated.

i do not mean to say tat wolf has done a bad job..
its probably because of the conversion tool.
and one more thing.. with the fm 2005 stats i notice tat the keepers are weaker.

Well, he is telling Wolf to stick to default, its not the same as asking as you put it. And you see it alot anyway, people moaning because Wolf uses FM stats, people seme to forget 2 things:

1 - How can Wolf make stats for the 500 new players?
2 - Wolf spends days making his patch, so if he wants to use FM stats, so be it, he isnt forcing anyone to use it so they have nothing to lose.

Its as simple as that, I dont like the kits about his patches, but you dont see me coming on moaning because the kits he chooses are crap, instead I fix it myself.

People expect too much, like I said if you dont like the FM stats dont download.
