Work Permit?

I signed Freddy Adu a little while ago and I'm just coming up to his 17th birthday and I just realised that he hasn't had enough games for his work permit! so I've been putting him in the matches (he's done quite well actually, scored a hat trick against Southampton) and I've got it up to 51%. Can anybody tell me the percentage of matches it needs to be for him to be able to sign up? I am a wee bit worried as Milan, Juventus and Inter are all expressing interest for his signature...

if hes played a load if internationals too i think his permit is ok too..... but if hes only 17 i doubt hes played the percentage needed...... i can never get a work permit for him to start with tbh.......

It needs to be 70% or higher.If he playing a lot of Internationals then about 60% is good.

Cheers for the replies. Bum grapes that means that I need to play him in plenty more games to get him up to 60% because he's an u-21 international and his rep's pretty good. Do u-21 caps count?

no no, you're correct, World Rep IS one of the ingredients

i think Under 21's do count yeah, but not as much, personally i find it terribly unlikely that you'll get a WP for him, sorry

Dutch league does work with work permits in real life. Don't know why they never include it...

After acceptance they are without any conditions. Foreigners need to bring something extra. Not necessarily caps, though. Maybe it's because the Dutch work permit rules are too complicated...
