I tried to buy tsigalko for my Rangers team but h ecudnt get a Work permit. Is there anyway i cud sign him?or will i neve rbe able to sign him?

I know, It´s annoying when you can´t get a work permit. After 3 years Bruno Moraes and Bruno had evolved into very good players but I couldn´t buy them because they were from brazil. But I opened the editor and changed their nationality. Then I started a new game. But if you already has started a game you can´t do that. You just have to wait and try sometimes and maybe sometime you can buy him. Good Luck!!!

He has to play in a certain number of internationals, or have a big enough world reputation. Maxim has neither at the beginning of the game, so I'll tell you to just wait.
