let me say I'm enjoying that world cup so much but I don't agree that this is the best world cup ever...anyway,I think it's early to give a final opinion
lets wait for the final whistle of the tournament.

I think FIFA's decision for the club teams to end their season earlier to give the WC participants rest has aided the big teams immensely. It might be harder in the future for teams to surprise unless they are playing at home.
