World Cup Broadcast on U.S TV

hey does anyone know how we are going to view games on U.S television?...i want to know if we are getting live games and how many,which stations are doing the broadcasts (i hope it aint them ****ting fools from ESPN or Fox) and if we have to flipping pay for it too???...and if they not showing enough games is there a way i can get the games like from a foreign station?...thanks:)

ESPN and ESPN2 hold the US rights to the world cup. They are going to show all the matches. You will also be able to see some of the matches on Telemundo in spanish.

Even though this should be in the soccer forum, I'll say that the games will air live at 2:30am, 5am, and 7:30am. Then ESPN will rebroadcast select games in the afternoon/evening.

ABC, Espn, ESPN 2, Fox Sports World, Telemundo, Galavision, Univision and Fox will be showing games. ABC will show only US team games. ESPN will show mexico and us, ESPN 2 will show star teams, such as France, Brazil, Italy, etc, Telemundo, Galavision, and Univison will be showing spanish speaking teams, such as Central american, South American, and Spain.

Senior Squad
Univision, Telefutura and Galavision (all of them of the Univision Television Group) will transmit ALL the games of the World Cup, you will have to pay for one or two of those three channels depending on your location on the US. Univision will transmit ALL Mexican games live, and Telemundo (another channel) will transmit ALL the USA games...
