Hey all,
I created a WC draw randomizer using MS Excel. Basically, when you open the Excel spreadsheet, you see a grid of 8 groups of 4 teams. Each time you open it, you get a new draw!
I wanted to make it as real as possible, so I used FIFA's guidelines for the 2006 cup (as far as number of entries from each federation).
I seeded 8 teams, then put the rest of europe in the next 8. I put Concacaf and Asia in the next 8, then finished off with the rest of Conmebol and Africa in the last 8. Of course it is fully customizable, so you can pick the 32 teams you want in the tourney.
You still have to manually enter the teams in WE7I (or whatever game you're playing), but that doesn't take long.
If anyone is interested, I can email it to you - or if enough people want it, I'll find someplace to host it.
Thanks,
