Well they are a surprise for those of us that haven't seen them play since the last World Cup. They have improved tremendously over the last four yers but I had no idea because I don't get to see any CONMEBOL WC Qualifying matches and just looking at results can be deceiving. If you don't wanna call them a surprise call them a "feel-good team"
