Germany's defence is getting somewhat better with every game, though they haven't really been tested much in this match.

The 2 Polish born players have scored all the goals so far, where had this touch been in the Poland game? :p

Germany did extremely well in this first stage but they haven't been really tested yet....looking forward to the Germany x England match :mrpimp:

Ecuador is giving the ball away like a female cat in her rut phase, can't believe how weak their bench players are :|

The Ecuador coach is an idiot for going about this game this way. Instead of resting his starters he should of played them and tried for the victory. What does a strategy like this tell his players? "We're not good enough to beat Germany so let's just sit back and get our asses wooped"

Just stupid. I have a feeling they will get killed by whoever they play in the second round. (yes even T&T (H))

Good stuff, Germany wins the group. Ecuador were never in the game, i know they benched 5 players but even if they were to play with their B-team i don't understand why the 2nd string players don't go out and try to prove themselves to get themselves in the main team. I also don't understand why Klinsmann kept Ballack on the pitch, could've been the biggest blunder of his coaching career.

Anyway, Germany 3-0 Ecuador should give England and Sweden something to think about tonight.
