Sega announced a new PS2 soccer game called World Soccer Climax, the game introduces 1-on-1 offense and defense into the gameplay. When player approaches the net during a game, it switches into the 1-on-1 mode, you can access a variety of offensive and defensive skills. World Soccer Climax will have over 7000 real name players and 400 teams from the world, and a variety of play modes, such as career, exhibition, competition, training, edit and versus.

Climax lol yeah tis a bit "Engrish" for a football game title. !!

Sega making a football game, brings back shades of Worldwide Soccer (used to be a pretty decent series I thought).

Always look forward to new football games, but it'll probably be a downer compared to PES/WE.

But more football games means more competition, which means that the one's already out there will probably try to make better games!
