i would like to realize this project for this patch.
create leagues with lower division with playoff and playout (with reference to ranking fifa of decem'10).
1 level: 20 teams (3 relagation) with all the nations from second round of wcup10 and the 4 best team based on fifa ranking but participants at wcup.
2nd level 20teams (2 promot and 1 with playoff, 2 relag and playout)with all wcup team and the best nations not participating at wcup (like croatia,greece,norway...)
3rd level: 2 groups of 20 teams (as above): example. if ukraine is the number 34 of ranking fifa will be in group a, if ireland it's the team number 35 will be in group b,algeria is number 36 but it's in 2nd level as for were in wcup, belarus is number 38 and 'll be in group a, gabon is 39 and 'll be in group b....and so on!
4r level: 3 groups of 18/20 teams (as above)
5 level: all the others fifa
6 level: unrecognized countries

it's possible create with cm leagues with promotion-relagation playoff playout?

learn how to use cm and u'll figure out how to make ur patch, it's not that hard.

Found a few bugs in 3.0 and the mini patch

If you use DB Master and view the audionations table you will notice every country (nation) after 215 has 0 as an ID but if you go into the nations table you will see nations 216-230. If you ever assign a country to a league, the country needs to have both a nations record and an audionations record with the same ID.
What happens if you don't, the game will crash because it can not load the chants and other audio associated with the country. I think there's a bug in CM11 when creating new teams because it will add a new record to the nations and audionations table, but the nations table will have the new ID while the audionations table will have "0" as the nation ID.

If you use CM11 to change the audio assignments for the new countries, save, close, and reopen the changes won't be saved. One of the audio selections (chants I think) will be blank. This is because of the mismatch nation ID between nations and audionations.
I cleaned up the 3.0 patch and mini patch and got it working last night. Nothing is crashing anymore.

You can easily make one yourself gibanica. Copy your FIFA 11 folder, extract the World-Wide patch, regenerate. Then open that copied game folder with CM11 and create your cmp patch. Afterwards you can delete that folder and import the cmp to your game.

Have anybody noticed that with the national teams patch is impossible to play more than a one season in manager mode...? When the second season is starting, matches and transfers are loading - everything stops and I have to turn off the game:/

I installed this Mini-Patch today and is good, but i noticed that the names of National Teams and Confederations that i added were not correct.

Anyone know how i put the name of these National Teams and Confederations right?

What are the differences between the patches?

I tried using db 4.0, half of the team's logos are missing

Then I overwrote it with 3.1, the Winter Squad was gone but all the logos were present. -___-

by using CM11 i created Colombia Chile national teams but i don't know how to add players which are made in game like falcao rodallega and etc.. casue when i add falcao from porto to national team he disapperd from porto and he is just in colombia.. i put colombia in national team and international and i don't know what happen

cause you transferred him, what happens when they want you to play for the national team ?

Is this supposed to be like this? I installed the patch and when I go International> I have 2 options International and International II ?? Wtf?? I want UEFA, CAF, AFC ... etc . When I make a tournament it is soo annoying to go through all the 200 teams -.-
