i had the same problem probably because i used WINRAR to extract files
I also followed his instructions and didnt work but
when i used 7zip then everything worked great

Use DB master - Extract database from .big file (a menu option there). The default db and loc folder will be placed in the data folder. Replace those with db and loc provided by this patch. Follow the rest of regularcat's prescribed steps.

You may need to run Fifa Regenerator tool if the steps dont work.

Fidel patch works fine with this. data0.big contains the database, so stripping the database off that file using DB master is necessary mate.

its because fidels data0 has the db & loc dbs in them, so the game reads those.

use dbm11 to extract them, then overwrite them w/ benqbiggis db & loc folders.

then it will work.

if you want a complete answer, you must give complete details as to what you have changed in your game.

not being specific wont get you a solid answer.

Can someone explain this in great detail. I read the whole thread and already spent 2 hours trying all I know and I can't get this patch to work. I have downloaded the following files: depakbigs.rar, patch 1.1.rar, and the kitz7z.rar files.

I have extracted the files in those folders. I already see a data folder in the downloaded files. Some please who give the instruction do not explain this in detail. Some say to execute the bat files others do not mention it.

Please, I beg to help us who cannot install this great patch. May be a video tutorial or step by step in detail.

look this is the last time, step by step.

im gonna do this from a fresh install of fifa 11 (using this patch you will lose everything,
careers, virtual pros, everything).

after you have reinstalled fifa 11.

1. download dbm11, install it & open it
(http://fifa-master.com/downloads/category/37-db-master-11)

2.click file/extract main databases & file/extract local databases.

3.download the patch db & kits rar files (you must d/l the original db for the loc folder)

4.extract all the rar files.

5.open C:\Program Files\EA Sports\FIFA 11\Game\Data folder.

6.copy the benqbiggis db folder to the above location & overwrite.

7.copy the loc folder to the folder in step 5 & overwrite.

8.in the data folder create a new folder named "sceneassets" w/o the quotes.

9.inside the new "sceneassets" folder create a folder named "kit" w/o the quotes.

10.copy all the rx3 files from benqbiggis kits folder into the new "kit" folder.

11.download someones logos for benqbiggis patch.

12.run the 7zip extractor to extract the logo files.

13.open C:\Program Files\EA Sports\FIFA 11\Game\Data\UI\Artassets folder.

14.create 4 folders, 1 named "teamlogos", another named "teamlogoslarge", 1 more named "countryflags", 1 more named "leaguelogos"
all w/o the quotes.

15.the f_75.big goes in the folder named "countryflags".
the l31.big & l32.big go in the folder named "leaguelogos".
all files starting w/ s go in the folder named "teamlogos".
all files starting w/ l go in the folder named "teamlogoslarge".

16.when you have done that close all the fifa folders.

12.run iards fifa 11 regenerator to regenerate bh files (if you have vista you are s**t out of luck).

patch is now installed.

the patch is only available in ENGLISH !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

so if you choose spanish, german, italian, etc i do not want to hear the teams are not showing up in my game.
you have been warned & the install method explained by me for the last time.

this method works

use opened big files

download

using a completely clean installation

put the files (not the folder that i zipped but the files inside) in game folder and press exec.bat
wait several minutes and get all extract files inside -create_path folder (auto created) and put in game folder
DELETE all datax.big files

and finally apply my patch

I have a little bit of advice for you mate.

Before googling about any FIFA 11 editing stuff, search in this forum itself.
For example, the tool you are seraching for is in this mods section itself.

I have a small request, please make a manual version too like the one you have done now (coz we may not delete all big files or clean, we might use Fifa Regenerator).
