even though the copy is not from the US, would I be safe to play it online in the US?

I want to buy it now even though it releases in a month in the US but i want to be able to play against US people too when it does come out for others...would I be safe?

The US version of WE9 PC ain't release yet. The one already released in WE9 PC Asia. You won't able to play with players who own WE9 PC US if you get WE9 PC Asia. You can only with with those who got the same copy as yours.
