just practice with each team, score a goal then quit, their kit appears on hall of kits, be sure to save

Be sure the team you are practicing AGAINST is the team's kit you want.
OR
Play a game as the home team with the team's kit you want, just score an own goal and switch to the away side with your active profile and quit the game. It should take 1-2 minutes to unlock 1 team.

Unlock all the kits from a league and the 3rd kit is available.

Also, if you have EA BIO (on all platforms except PC), you can get the following third kits:
Level 3: Rest of World
Level 8: Italian Division 1
Level 16: Spanish Primera
Level 20: Ligue de Professional 1
Level 30: German Bund. 1
Level 40: FA Premier League
In case you want to know how to activate, or use them, after you selected a team to play with, you can cycle through their kits to choose which one you want. The default shirt next to the team name can be changed. I hope all of us have answered your question, if not, we will all be happy to answer any more questions.

My thoughts are that the teams 3rd kit spot is blacked out, than opposed to a symbol saying "No Kit" does contain a kit, but other EA games will have to be played in order to gain access to them. Since many people have played career mode and played the included tournaments, I am baffled as to what will unlock these kits. I am close to beating every team in the game, with the following leagues not finished:
English Division 1
English Division 3
German Bund. 1
Spanish Primera
I hope I get something when I beat them all, other than that, no one knows and EA is not telling us anything.
