This is what you should be looking for. That's the only hard drive available for the xbox 360.

Dont worry, im sure someone will open that and will be able to add normal HDs. Hack that box (H) Unless ms have invented a different HD type... Realy doubt thats true

My doesnt have a problem but maybe I can help you with yours.

1. When and how often does it crash?
3. Is the console hot?
2. Did you start playing as soon as you got it?
4. Is your power supply in the carpet
5. How often does it freezes?

1. it freezes everytime I try to play the game, it works for dvd's though, sometimes it comes on with some crazy menu like I'm playin a dvd
2.I didn't start playing untill about 2-3 hours after I got it home, started playing as soon as I hooked it up though.
3. it's not particularly hot no, and it wasn't when it first crashed.
4. no it is not, it's currently on a parket floor.
5. freezes everytime I try and play the game

tried that advice on the site, didn't have a place available to tie a string so I tried holding it in the air, held it so all airholes were uncovered, and it still froze :(

i read some one have their 360 crash on IGN. they call microsoft and send it back to them. after a while, they got a new 360 which works almost perfectly

Damn that sucks, hopefully Europe has a fast system like the U.S. does. The European Xbox360 plant is in Scotland the manual has a phone number where you should call.

I noticed a scratch on my game today, could that be causing it? if the game scratches this early, I only got the computer this monday, isn't that like a defect in the computer?

The scratch is from moving the console while a game was running. The link that NYGC is pretty good check it out. Don't forget to let the condensation go down before playing ur replacement xbox360.
