can anybody help me play FCH's CHampions League patch on my xbox?

i tried copying files as is, but the game freezes

but the file system is the same on xbox as on pc.. i just downlaoded someone's bootpack that was made for pc, and had no problem installing it using the asf explorer.. the CL patch doesnt work though :(
