XML editing question, please help.

How big is YOUR penis?
I read somewhere that I can change and assign boots via XML editor, what is it ? And what file should I accessed ? And how do I change them ?

This is what I've heard:

You rename the .pkg to .zip than open up the xml in there to edit.

However, I think it's easier to edit the mdb file using Access.
