- 3 Buttons combination to press for a dive.
- Very difficult to dive, because the referee's often give you the yellow card.
- Gameplay and Passing faster.
- Shooting is better/harder.
- No difference between PC/Xbox 360/PS3 version.

so the pc version will use the "next gen" engine? that will be sweet.

Let's not assume anything yet, it's Konami remember.

Are they suggesting footballers dive in real life ......:corn:

What will Konami do next, let's hope they don't sign up that over the hill Michael Owen bloke, that would be a sign of real desperation ....:taz::s***::nape::fool::confused::crazyboy::

incase u guys can't remember, FIFA once made the diving button, game. i think it was titled the EPL edition back in PS1. it wasn't cool because u would intend to dive everytime in the box. but the good thing was the referee didn't always fooled.but if KOnami apply it for PES7 it would be nice...for gamers like drogba and inzaghi.;)

meh, m not happy with the diving button...that will encourage young players to dive....in game and/or in real football games :(

Konami have gone too far to make the game realistic with this feature...i wud have prefered some god damn change to the user interface....a thing called Background Music

It would be better if this was an optional setting. What if it's too easy to perform? It would ruin the gameplay.

Screens are fine imo.

Joypad tested Xbox 360 version of the game at 75%.
- Immense details on faces for the stars.
- Great collisions
- The referee uses a whistle.
- Many passing-animations.
- Many frame rate problems on Xbox 360 version.
- Gameplay feels the same (guessing compared to PES6).
- Better ball protection (better collision).
- Better control for passing (more sharp).
- Irritated coaches!
- Players pull up their socks.
- New camera on PK (behind the goalkeeper) when the Computer shoots.
- No time to really examine TeamVision (but much better AI on very hard).
- No access to Training mode, Master League and Online mode for the moment.
- Scenario mode on PS2, absent from next-gen.
- Latvia is replaced by Israeli national team.

Read attentively:

"...New animations have also been added, like the jumping slide tackle. Doing this, the defender completely extends his legs straight and plays the ball with the underside of the boot. Beware a leg being in between…"

If defender makes a slide tackle with a straight legs – he wants to injure attacker.
I think this new jumping slide tackle means deliberate hard tackle, kinda fifa99.
Finally, we’ve feature - how to injure player with a high level probability.
Of course, if I got it right.

Also this is very interesting...
"In addition to this, the ridiculous number of editing tools - want to recreate your new $178 Nike T747 Zoom Swoosh Gatorbreakers? Go right ahead - mean you can spend hours creating Hull City's youth squad, should you so please."

I wonder what this means when the game hits the shelves.
crowd still looks like cut outs tbh

They are in full 3D now, but they look a bit blurry. (actually I really don't give a **** about that)
The grass and player models look very nice imo.
