i did that but when I look at C Ronaldo's player bio, there's no custom face.

Well actually I went and manually made the changes using CC, and yes, I did apply and save.

Is it supposed to do that, or did it not work for me?

yeh i play him on the wing, i have it on ps2 so i cant have the custom face
