I found Rab Douglas a good goalkeeper when i was playing the konami-umbro cup with Inter i played Celtic in the semi. I had 11 good shots on goal they were all saved by him. It finish 0-0 after ET so it went to penalties and he saved two of them

I might buy him for my ML team

Hi guys,

I've just won Div 1 ML Extreme. Took me 4 seasons to rise from the depths of Div 3 to becoming Div 1 champions....

The team: REAL MADRID

Won the league on the last day of the season...what an
exciting season it was !! I was in the top 3 for most of the
season and AC Milan were right there with us for the last
10 matchdays.....on the last day of the season I was 2nd placed
1 point behind leaders AC Milan...and guess who I had to play
in the last game...AC Milan at home.......I raced into a 2:0 lead
with Raul and Jardel scoring....but then Sheva scored in the end
of the 1st half....and the rest of the game I just held on to win
the Div 1 Title....man what a relief !!

Raul was Div 1 topscorer with 18 goals...
Babangida was Top assistman with 8 assists..
My team scored 43 goals, conceded 22
I lost in the ML Cup 2nd round,
lost in the ML Champions Final to AC Milan on PKs...those guys
got their revenge

Last season's salary per game: 210pts
Total points now in pre-season: 20000
Now I'm going to sign some big-guns.....next season hopefully I can defend my Div 1 Title plus maybe go for the Cups....

Long time since this thread was updated.....

Quick update on my ML Extreme campaign
as Real Madrid
Here's my record so far :
Season 1: 4th place in Div 3
Season 2: 2nd in Div 3, promoted
Season 3: 2nd in Div 2, promoted
Season 4: 1st in Div 1, Runners-up in ML Championship
Season 5: 1st in Div 1, Winners of ML Champ.
Season 6: 1st in Div 1, Winners of ML Champ.

The last two seasons were not too difficult as I would win the Title with 5 games to spare. The only thing missing was the Treble. I had sucked in the ML Cup so far. I normally end up going out in the 2nd round.

So in Season 7, I decided to concentrate on the Treble.
I actually improved my squad by signing Ronaldo and Aimar.
The Div 1 season started slowly...I just could not score many
goals...half-way through the season I was 17 points behind the leaders Man U. My record was 6W, 8D, 1L.
I won the ML Cup finally beating Roma 1:0.
But I was disappointed because ManU had this ridiculous record of 14 consecutive wins !!! Can you guys believe that !!

I was 2nd in the table but so far behind ManU that I did not have
too much hope.
But anyway I kept plugging on hoping that ManU would suffer.
And surely enough I noticed that they lost 4 games in a row.
Van Nistelrooy was injured and out for the season.
There were 8 games to go and I was 8 points behind.
I beat ManU 3:1 in a classic game.
But with 2 games to go I was 6 points behind.
I came from behind to beat Inter 3:1 while ManU lost !!
So 3 points behind, 1 game to go. On the last day I thrashed Parma 6:1 while ManU escaped with a draw to Juventus !!!
I lost the Div 1 title by just 1 point !!! After being 17 points behind
earlier....
After that I beat ManU 1:0 in the ML Championship Final to get a "Double"....not exactly the Treble I was hoping for

But anyways this game just amazes me. There I was thinking it's getting too easy winning in Div1. Then the CPU jolts me back with it's 14 game winning streak.
I almost won the Treble this season. Let's see how it goes next season !

Well on hard i just got promoted from d2 to d1 only registering 1 loss.(59pts) FOREVER PARMA!!!
I was knocked out of the ml cup though in the semis by a late golden goal by inzaghi.(Bitchassmofo)

Now that im in d1 I decided to bring in one World Class player. I wanted someone who could kill on set pieces and register a good amount of assists from the wing. After searching i decided to pick up figo from Real.

So this is my lineup:

the contrary my friend.

Although i think his stats should be better(had most saves in serie A) he can sure pull his weight, and that of the backline also in some games.

His 1v1 star comes in handy a many a time when im hit on the counter and he rarely allows the goal!

To me, though, the keeper doesnt matter much at all. I will usually keep Kelsen as my starter the whole time, but i decided to 'upgrade' this time to try something different and it has worked out fine.

On ML Extreme, I find Parma are the easiest team to beat in Div 1.
So far I've hit them 6:1, 5:0, 4:0
Frey has never been that great, but then again it might be his defence.

Just started playing WE6 again last night after a long break. Picked up where I last left off, at the end of Season 3, in Division 3. Finished first in Division 3 and lost in the semis of the Tiny Cup (I had already won it the year before, so I really didn't care whether I won or lost, so I played some of my subs to rest my starters for the promotion playoffs). Then I finished 2nd in the promotion/relegation playoff, so now I'm in Season 4 in Division 2.

I picked up a few more players in the offseason and got rid of the last of the default guys, so now I have more depth at every position. I can actually afford to play all the orange/red guys now without losing anything in talent. So my starting lineup varies from game to game, depending on who's ready to go, suspensed, injured, etc. I play a modified 4-4-2 diamond formation, with the two outside halves moved out wider as OH/wingers.

Key players:
GK - Chilavert/Schmeikel (sp?)
DF - Sanchez (also plays DH sometimes), Bermudez, Espinoza, De La Cruz
DH - Guardiola/Sanchez
OH - Carter (created player), Babangida, Zahovic, Hadji, Palacios
CF - Denilson, Diouf, H. Camara, Merkov (? some guy i got from the Ukraine national team)

I also have a few players out on loan to other clubs, and my points total is up to 15000 + now. My salary points per fixture is only around 150, so I'm set for at least 3 seasons even if I don't win another game for a while.

My new team played well in its offseason friendlies, only losing one game to Division 1 Roma 1-0. Drew Real Madrid 0-0 and Liverpool 1-1 and defeated Newcastle 1-0. I Played the first game of the Division 2 season before I went to bed last night and drew 0-0 with Leeds.

I'm waaay behind you guys in WE6 development. Since I came over from FIFA with no ISS/PES2 experience, I decided to play a few seasons using base-copied superstars with changed names and faces. Got the hang of it, won the ML, lost the ML Championships on PKs to Real Madridand restarted- playing the right way now, no base copies (I did upgrade Ronaldo's injury resistance to A when I was playing International League, because he doesn't get hurt like he used to, but that's all I did), no retired players, just straight soccer. Still on Normal, but will move up to Hard when I win the ML fair and square. Here's my record with real players:

1st season- 4th, lost Tiny Cup in 1st round to Villa
2nd season- Won D3, won Tiny Cup, won promotion
3rd season- currently 2-0-0, second in D2, just beat Barca in first round of the Masters Cup

Took over Fiorentina, changed name and customized uniform

Just finshed my second season and got promoted to D1 in 1st place (won by ONE point). The most fun I ever had playing a ML season. Galatasaray gave me a run for my money. I finished with 66 pts and they finished with 65!

I won the league in my last game. It was a must win situation once I saw that Galatasaray had won their last game during my halftime stats. Great way to finish! Ahhhhhh!

Just as a note, but I am playing with WEDOIT 3.0, and a team in my division lost like 23 games!!! It was Athletico Madrid!!! Man, I have never seen a team take a beating like that before in a season! Funny thing, they somehow were able to NOT get relegated! Great season though! HA

I got promoted from Div 3 pretty easily. winning the playoffs by beating all 3 teams.
Started off Div2 ok, but then a combination of some dreadful form
by my strikers and some incredible CPU cheating..meant I'm stuck in Div2 for another season. Hopefully I can get promoted next season.
I need to get some more steel in midfield, a better GK.

HA. tell me about it! I stopped with like 3 games left into my 9th season with AC Milan and just started playing with Roma! It did get a quite repetive. I was buying and selling star players like used cars! I had 6 ML Div. 1 titles in the bag, was onto my 7th before I just quit that ML. Had 3 ML Cups and 5 ML Championships as well I believe.

Hey Mathewsss... what the heck happened man?! 8th in D2! AYE CARUMBA! You're slackin' man, you're slackin'! BTW How was your D3 season! I squeeked by on mine! I HAD to win the last three games of my ML D3, season one, to advance. I surprisingly did and ended up in first place! I only scored a total of 11 goals for and had 9 goals against by the end of the season! LOL. I finished like 7-3-4 (w-d-l). So it was pretty rough for me! The only players I bought were Friedel, Pope (these two were early in the season) and Klose (I bought him LATE in the season). Surprisingly my midfield did very well with delivering the ball. Castello and Huygens also contributed! It was pretty sweet when I realized I advanced with the little I produced!
