Despite what I said earlier, this bugger's gannin' back. At first I loved the pace of the game. Now every game involves parking the bus. And moments you do beat the backline, the keeper pulls of heroics.

I love the current gen version, I've got it on PC. Simply the fact that it's a lot harder makes it worth playing I suppose. They definitely need to revamp the Master League though, once the novelty of the new gameplay wears off there's absolutely nothing new. Especially if you've won everything possible in Pro Evo 5.

i will be getting it on x360 as soon as it comes out in the states. Which version should i get x360 or ps2. Usually there are more people on ps2 but servers lags way too much.

If this game was another genre, it would be packaged as an expansion pack, don't get me wrong, the gameplay is what makes the PES series so good, but paying top dollar for basically a patch, is a bit of a piss take, i guess i do now get it in full screen on my 42" panel, but the the 360 content is really lacking, why on earth has the training mode been cut down, it's a good job my son who also is a gamer lives with me, so we can have 1v1 games, because i have yet to connect to a online game

I've flipped again. I can't bring myself to ditch the version just yet. I'll give myself another week but, to be honest, I kinda like the game. It's park the bus mentality only makes scoring even more rewarding. I just wish the players were more eager to get forward, particularly the wingers.
Certainly this is a glorified, overpriced beta test, though. If Konami are struggling to produce something on an annual basis, it makes sense to perhaps take a year out. This is simply a rushed blueprint. Or at least Konami need the balls to say it. Seabass squirmed his way through interviews, at times.
