I've been playing CM series for some time, yet TRAINING PLAYERS is one field in which I can no longer rely on my background knowledge!
I know it all depends on many factors (coaches, facilities, players' abilities, etc.) still I am sure that there is an effective way of improving player's skills. I had players that improved significantly in one season but then the development was halted (and those guys were still young). My players do not decrease their skills but I would love to see some progress, damn..
If you have some interesting ideas ( ex. how to set intensity, should a coach train more than one 'aspect' of the game or more) - please share!
Years of testing have led me almost nowhere, so you chaps are my only hope!! ( yeah.... I'd beat you all anyway, but.....help!!!)
