EJ is so unstable to me, and is second choice by far. He just do too many crusial mistakes, just like in real life.

Is Fabio Paim still any good? he used to be legendary in CM.

He has good stats for me, has what a winger needs. Good dribble, technique, decent speed. The weird thing is that he is very inconsistent. He isn't as legend as in CM, but still good if well trained.

Question If the club I'm currently managing wins the copa libertadores and isn't a big club in South America does the rep of the club grow? Because sometimes when I try to sign talented players they don't want to go to my club because they feel playing in this club is a step down in there career.

Depends, mostly players who already play in Europe don't wanna go back to Peru until they're getting to a late stage in their career

he's doing quite fine for me, kept 26 shots out against Chelsea (while Hasselbaink(my super-sub) tucked in the 0-1 in the 91st minute ) and I haven't seen many big mistakes from him yet.

Your club reputation will get bigger, gradually. Your league reputation wont get bigger though, that's where the problem is. The Peruvian league doesnt have a very big reputation I think. It's the same in Europe. While teams like PSV or Ajax have a bigger reputation than say Everton or Aston Villa, the EPL has a bigger reputation than the Dutch league though. That's why a lot of players would choose Aston Villa over PSV, just to name an example
