what should i edit on big files?

SCOUT_COST_KNOWLEDGE_LEVEL_2 = 1
SCOUT_COST_KNOWLEDGE_LEVEL_3 = 1
SCOUT_COST_KNOWLEDGE_LEVEL_4 = 1
SCOUT_COST_KNOWLEDGE_LEVEL_5 = 1

SCOUT_COST_EXPERIENCE_LEVEL_1 = 1
SCOUT_COST_EXPERIENCE_LEVEL_2 = 1
SCOUT_COST_EXPERIENCE_LEVEL_3 = 1

I use this for Career mode scouts but it probably also works for youth scouts.
