After a season ends or during the winter break I give my team a 2 weeks rest. Should I give my youth players in the reserves a 2 weeks rest? They have that need match practice **** cause they don't play that many games.
Also, should I give them some hardcore training afterwards or just regular season training which on my team is position specific. For example for midfield I have:

Intense Tactics
Medium Shooting
Medium Skills
New Position: Midfield
