Youths of other nationalities

I am currently on my 5th season with Chelsea and every year I hope of getting a talented Asian player or an African player but all I get are English players...English, English, English!
How did Westham get this South Korean striker and how come I am only getting English players!?!? Do I not have international youth camps yet?
Wuts up with that!??!

You have to have no youth players (-16 years old) in your U19s I think. Under Florentia Viola I just got a Zambian stiker!

to get foreign stars you would have to go to clubs in those countries and buy their young players

Yeah Parra is right. Send scouts out to other countries and poach foreign youngsters from other clubs.

I got some Italians/French these past years. I think if you have players who start for your team who speak their language, they'll be more anxious to join the club. Just my take on it.
