The front of his face is actually quite small but hes neck is very wide.

note that on the pictures Brad has a massive neck, in your model his neck is small compared to the collar if you use Blender try use "s" key on keyboard to spherical enlarge the head's model or neck

Brad Jones is looking much better now man, the neck updates made a massive difference. just need to find the rite hair.
:P Maybe work on the texture but it's hard with the pics of him.
