There were rumours, but after all Zidane had one more year of contract with Real Madrid.

One of the most "beautiful" players with the ball i've eveer seen. Fantastic player who will be remembered for years to come. I'll never forget what i experienced when he stepped up to take that freekick against england in euro 2004, because you just knew where it was going to end up.

Man he is responsible for some of the worst days of my life. France winning the world cup, and that game v England at 2004.

But how could you hold it against him, i'll always remember seeing him play for Bordeaux in the mid 90s. An all time great.

I'm definitely going to miss him... he gave me so much pride and joy when he wore the Juventus jersey. I'm always gonna remember him. A great legend.

aye hes definitely going to be missed, cant help but think though, that he'd have played for another 2 or so years if he'd been at a different club.
